The Journey
Do you hear the call? You're being invited to go deeper, to strengthen your relationship with yourself, with community, with Divinity.
Come take a journey of the body, mind, emotions & spirit. We'll create a safe space with each other through an opening circle, honor the divine through purification rituals, then embark on a sacred journey of expression and transformation through ecstatic dance. Our dance will gently transition into a sound bath to help us integrate the transformation, then we'll ground our insights and experiences through a closing circle.
Who is this for?
You! Everyone is welcome - there’s no dance experience (or skill) required.
People of all ability levels are invited - our space is wheelchair accessible.
Open to all ages. Kids 12 & under are offered complimentary admission with an adult. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied & supervised by an adult at all times.
Guidelines
During the dance & sound bath, we’ll quiet our conversational voices to make it easier for us to experience our bodies, emotions, and spirits communicating with us.
We’re courting an experience of connection with ourselves, so no phones or cameras allowed.
This is a sober, substance-free event so that we can dance with what is truly present in our day-to-day lives.
No shoes are allowed on the dance floor.
We’re creating a safe space together, where everyone is free to dance in their full expression. We treat everyone with respect. We honor consent. We prioritize nonjudgement.
If anyone violates these guidelines, they may be asked to leave so that the community remains as safe as possible.
